This creates a slightly rubbed, matte surface for the adhesive to adhere to.<\/p>\n<p>Glue and solvent cleaner<br \/>\n2990 2c adhesive for hypalon<br \/>\nP510 Cleaning and solvent for hypalon fabrics<\/p>\n<h2>NOTE&nbsp; &#8211; FOR PVC BOATS ONLY<br \/>\nBonding of the rubber pads or hold out arm pads<\/h2>\n<p>Preparation \u2013 DO NOT sand down PVC inflatable boats!
