Taxes / One Stop Shop

We are currently not obliged to participate in the One Stop Shop procedure. So if you order from another EU country, the german VAT rate of 19% is currently still applied.

Please note that we are obliged to participate in the One Stop Shop procedure. With the introduction of the OSS from July 1st, 2021, the regulations regarding Europe-wide trade will change. Previously there were delivery thresholds for each EU country separately, but this is changing with OSS to a single delivery threshold of €10,000 for all EU countries. If this threshold is exceeded, participation in the OSS procedure or independent registration of sales tax in the relevant country is required. In addition, the current tax rate of the country of delivery is deducted.

So if you order from abroad, the sales tax rate applicable in your country will be applied to the products. It can therefore come to odd prices. Fill in your adress with your country and you will see your individueal prices with the right taxes afterwards.
